概要	The number of individuals visiting our genetic counselling clinic newly opened in 1973, at the Gynecologic Outpatient Service of the Niigata University Hospital, was 1839 at the end of 1992. Data for this study were derived from 697 cases in the last seven years and several noticeable inclinations were become apparent. 1) The numbers of visitors in these seven years were nearly one hundred per each year. 2) The number of clients in pregnancy, especially the rate of Elderly pregnant had a tendency to increase in each year. 3) The number of clients visited were 1：388 cases (55.7%), 2：287 cases (41.2％), 3：19 cases (2.7%) 4：2 cases and 5：1 case respectively. 4) The clients who had a letter of introduction had inclination to live more far than those who had not a letter.
