概要	Purpose :To report a case of conjunctivitis with subconjunctival nematode. Case: A 44-year-old male presented with foreign body sensation in his left eye since the day before. He had visited Thailand, Italy and USA 10 years before. He had no history of keeping domestic cat or dog. Findings and Clinical Course: The left eye showed a moving transparent worm in the subconjuntival space temporal to the cornea. The worm was removed under observation by a slit-lamp microscope. It was identified as a male belonging to the order Spirurida. Conclusion: This case illustrates that subconjunctival parasite may cause conjunctivitis of apparently unknown cause.
